据国外媒体报道，美国知名食品公司Hostess在域名仲裁案中败诉，未能如愿获得Hostess.com域名。
据了解，域名Hostess.com于2007年在某域名拍卖会上以4.4万美元成交。Hostess公司认为此域名构成了恶意抢注，并向UDRP（国际域名仲裁机构）提起上诉。
